The "Zero Splitz" Policy
We're straightforward about refunds at Splitz. Digital service usage (AI scans) is final. However, we're not monsters. If something goes wrong with our tech, we'll fix it.
Eligible for refund:
- Double charge error on Billplz.
- Payment success but credits not added (Technical error).
- Subscription error where access is not granted.
NOT Eligible for refund:
- Used AI credits (Scans already performed).
- Subscription time already elapsed.
- AI scan mistakes (Incorrect reading of blurry text).
How to request?
Send us a message on WhatsApp with your transaction ID and a screenshot of the issue. We'll handle it within 48 hours. No complicated forms or support tickets required.
